We will brainstorm as a group and discuss which methods of finding work are most effective and why. Please bring a list of your favorite job-scouting sources, anything from Web sites to mailings to cold calls, and don't forget that pad and paper because this month you'll definitely want to take notes. Field Trip to Mt. Lemmon--Where It's Cool

Saturday, August 29, 2009

Tired of sitting behind that desk? Want to exercise, but feel challenged by the heat outside? Come with us to Mt Lemmon and walk off your woes!

Mt. Lemmon is usually about fifteen degrees cooler than the Tucson basin. Traveling to the top is like taking a trip from Mexico to Canada in terms of the vegetation. If you haven't explored any trails yet, this is your chance. If you have, well, I don't need to convince you how refreshing it is up there because the mountain has surely done that already.

We'll meet at Le Buzz Cafe at 9:00 a.m. sharp and carpool up the hill. Day use pass will be covered. Please email the chapter coordinator for more details if you are interested.

It will be especially important in the case of this trip to have accurate RSVPs. Thanks for letting me know in advance if you plan to attend.

I hope you can make it out to Mt. Lemmon, where all the cool kids will be on Saturday, August 29.
