EFA's FACT group (Freelancers Approaching Career Transitions) met in the office on March 15 to hear Lawrence McGaughey, Esq., speak on Health-Care Proxies, Living Wills, and Powers-of-Attorney. Members from New York State should find these Advance Directives resources to be useful in finding current legal forms.
