Manage Your Clients and Projects Better!
Our speaker for May is Michelle Gamble, CEO of 3L Publishing (www.3LPublishing.com). Over time, she has transitioned from editing to publishing. Along the way she has discovered that freelancers can shift their roles from freelancer to project manager to earn more money, but most importantly to get jobs done faster and easier. Michelle will share her lessons learned from publishing to help us understand how to manage our clients and projects better, no matter our specific job role.
In this presentation, Michelle will explain how to use project management skills to more effectively manage clients, expectations and deadlines. She will also share project management techniques that keep everyone on time and on deadline. For freelancers interested in becoming project managers, Michelle will explain the business model and steps to expanding your business.
