Co-Executives, EFA Board of Governors

Dear Editorial Freelancers Association Members,

I am very excited to serve as the Interim Executive Director of the Editorial Freelancers Association. Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Kerri Strauss. I have a master’s degree in social work and am a graduate of Third Sector Company’s Interim Executives Academy. I bring over 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience and have an extensive background in community impact work, capacity building, and impactful leadership.

The more I learn about the EFA, the more impressed I am. I’ve been so impressed with EFA that upon learning about the organization during the interview process, I joined the EFA as a member!

During my time as Interim Executive Director, I will work with you to build processes that are sustainable into the future. I look forward to ensuring EFA’s financial efficiency, program excellence, work-culture optimization, revenue and membership cultivation, and board governance.

I’m very excited to work with the entire EFA team—staff, board and members.

I thank you for being a member of the EFA and hope to meet you in person at the Conference!

Sincerely,
Kerri
