Pine Tree Editorial
I’m a writer, editor, and educator and from Maine. I earned my BFA in writing, literature, and publishing from Emerson College in Boston, graduating cum laude in 2015. In the last seven years, I’ve gained expertise in print and digital publishing, content marketing, and the nonprofit education sector. I’ve also pursued opportunities as a gallery artist with my new media installation Flash My Fiction.
My experience spans the analytical and the literary. At Aberdeen Group, I edited and promoted market research reports across several business disciplines, and my work at Skyword demanded a crash course in power engineering, health care policy, and data center infrastructure. I’ve never shied away from dense content, and love researching new topics and immersing myself in new beats. Through my Americorps fellowship at 826 Boston and my Editorial Freelancers Association membership, I’ve helped emerging writers young and old tell their stories.
I feel fortunate to have experienced everything from developing copy in an agency environment to teaching creative writing workshops in a high school classroom—and I have an open mind towards what comes next. I’m currently accepting new freelance clients, and I’m always on the lookout for opportunities to grow my skills with the right organization.
