I am an academic editor with an M.A. in Language Teaching. I have nearly 15 years of experience working with non-native English speakers at the university level.

My areas of strength are as follows:

• APA and MLA formatting and style guides
• Developmental and line editing
• Proofreading
• Curriculum development
• Instructional design

I’ve collaborated to design university-level coursework and curriculum for foreign or second language learners.

In addition to language learning and ESL/EFL, I’m passionate about topics pertaining to politics, international affairs, foreign policy, military, travel, health, and fitness.

My educational background extends beyond my master’s degree, as I also hold a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish, as well as an A.A. in Modern Standard Arabic. I’m a veteran who served as an Arabic Linguist in the U.S. Army.
