As a freelance copyeditor, I edit a wide range of subjects and types of writing–magazine articles, fiction and non-fiction manuscripts, blog posts, screenplays, memoirs, and academic dissertations. With a background in fine art museums and academic settings, I’m an especially valuable collaborator for authors in the fine arts. I am drawn to creative non-fiction, biography, and memoir.
My clients are fiction and non-fiction authors, artists, journalists, students, and non-profit organizations. I can help a student feel confident about a grad school cover letter or edit, fact-check, and research for an academic paper being published in a magazine. I am happy to work with first-time writers or experienced authors.
