I have more than five years of experience in proofreading and copyediting. I was a developmental and project manager at Macmillan Learning before starting my own freelance editing consultant company.

I am currently a PhD candidate in creative writing . I also have experience as a tutor of ESL. I having been teaching English as a second language since 2011. I am a professor of English as a second language at Northeastern University and Education First; I teach communication at  Simmons University; I teach writing composition at Bunker Hill Community College. In the past, I was a tutor at Lesley University Center for Academic Achievement (2014) and an instructor with MIT’s Educational Sponsored Programs (2010-2013).

My debut novel, The Lives of Atoms, was published by Nixes Mate Books, 2018.
