Rhonda has edited nine books, led the production ( 2006-2018) of 12 editions of the U.S. Department of State’s annual Country Reports on Terrorism, shaped media reaction on sensitive issues, handled crisis communications, and launched social media sites. She has written and edited speeches, congressional testimony, reports for non-governmental and international organizations (the United Nations and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe), op-eds, blogs, press releases, and fact sheets, and has edited grant proposals, magazine articles, and think tank papers. Is skilled in AP Style, the Chicago Manual of Style, APA Style, and the Modern Language Association Handbook. Rhonda holds an MA from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a BFA from SUNY Purchase.
