We all want to give our clients the best work we can. Not only do we want to keep them coming back, but we also want to share in their writing journeys and help them achieve their goals, sometimes their dreams. But we need to protect ourselves. A well-written service agreement can set firm guardrails around things like scope of work and service descriptions, deposits and termination processes, AI and late document delivery or payments. In this session, I’ll share a contract template and go over some helpful clauses. Then we’ll break into groups and practice writing service descriptions for various client segments.
