Join Ebonye Gussine Wilkins with guest Jamaal Pittman as they discuss spotlighting editors of color, and how to do that as an editor of color yourself. While this event and others are part of our Black History month celebration, they are also a kick off to an EFA year long series titled Spotlighting Editors of Color. Each session will include a discussion between the speakers, a break out time to begin work, and a chance to come back together and discuss together.

The EFA is also excited to giveaway Jamaal’s book The Copy Editor’s (Life)Style Guide: Maintaining Your Joy (and Sanity) in a Rapidly Changing Profession as a door prize to a random participant at this event.
