Two Tales Editing, LLC

Hi-I’m Megan and I am the founder & CEO of Two Tales Editing, LLC. I started TTE as a way to expand my editorial reach to help those wanting to take their writing, no matter the genre, to the next level.

I graduated with a Masters in Literature from Loyola Marymount University in 2016, and have spent the last 6+ years teaching writing, argumentation, and research practices to first-year college students. During this time, I realized it was not just students who might benefit from editorial help. It’s everyone!

Now, with Two Tales Editing, I work with academics, creatives, and professionals on any and all editorial needs. I consider myself to be a one-stop shop for line edits, content edits, developmental edits, proofing, structure & organization, research, fact-checking, formatting, and more. I seek to promote diverse voices across the academic and literary world and want to help remove some of the barriers that marginalized communities have faced from a multitude of institutions. I am committed to uplifting a writer’s individual voice and vision, and not superimposing any personal preference onto someone’s work.

I have provided editorial services for academic journals, medical companies with over 500 clients, PhD candidates, children’s book writers, and novelists.

As any good editor should, I read a LOT. All lengths, and from all genres. I don’t consider anything to be too outside of my wheelhouse that I can’t be of service. And if anything is somewhat unfamiliar, I am eager to learn on my own time and dime!
