The next EFA Houston chapter meeting will be Wed., April 26, 6 to 7 p.m. (Central), online. John W. Warren will present Publishing Entrepreneurship.

About the presentation: All freelancers are entrepreneurs. You may or may not be reluctant to call yourself that, but you need to think of yourself that way. We’ll also discuss tools and techniques for strategically prioritizing your major prospective projects.

About our speaker: John W. Warren (he/him), director and associate professor, Master of Professional Studies in Publishing, George Washington University, formerly held the positions of director of the George Mason University Press; marketing and sales director at Georgetown University Press; and director of marketing, publications at the RAND Corporation.
