Members of the Los Angeles Area chapter of EFA who live in the Santa Clarita, Antelope, and San Fernando Valleys got together on November 13 for a masked up and convivial live social. The chapter, which covers a large geographical area, hosts meetups all around Los Angeles. These “socials” reduce the commute and bring neighbor-colleagues together. Gathering in Toluca Lake at the home of the Big Boy, members introduced themselves and shared their accomplishments and aspirations. Proposals for chapter activities were generated, as were friendships, a knowledge base, and future referrals. Plans for more socials around town, live or via Zoom, are underway.
