I specialize in thoughtful and meticulous developmental editing, copyediting, and proofreading of fiction and creative nonfiction. Authors and managing editors return to me because I provide stress-free, thorough editing services, without erasing the author’s voice, and I hold deadlines to be sacrosanct. I have over fifteen years’ experience editing in-house and freelance, working with a wide variety of house styles and style guides.

I am a certified copyeditor through Editors Canada with an honours degree from Queen’s University in English and Classics as well as a graduate certificate in Book and Magazine Publishing from Centennial College. I’m also an Advanced Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading in the UK.
