With over 20 years of experience editing academic, professional, and creative online and print publications, over the past 10 years I have worked exclusively with authors and publishers on both nonfiction and fiction book manuscripts. For 12 years I guided the strategic direction of content and editorial matters for an international information-sharing web portal. This work focused on soliciting, reading, assessing, synthesizing, writing, and editing articles about complex social and economic development issues. As a theater director in New York City in the mid- to late-90s, I collaborated directly with playwrights–developing the scripts of their new plays from first drafts to fully staged productions.
