Diana Rhudick

Rhudick Translations

I am an assiduous proofreader and copyeditor of English texts, and an enthusiastic translator of French and Spanish texts into English.

Editing/Proofreading: My 20+ years of experience have been mainly in marketing communications, websites, and the humanities. While being fastidious is part of my makeup, I’m also fully conversant with the Chicago Manual of Style and the Associated Press Stylebook. I’ll review areas such as grammar, punctuation, and consistency to make sure your text reads smoothly. Your audience will be able to focus on the message, and your writing will have the impact you want. I handle Microsoft Office and PDF file formats. And I always make deadline. When I’m not working, I take editing courses to refresh and reinforce my skills.

Translation: My fields of specialization include bidding and contract documents, advertising, and websites. I have a master’s degree in translation and am certified by the American Translators Association. I will translate your French and Spanish documents into clear, accurate English that readers can easily understand. My translation of MAMCO Genève, a retrospective on Geneva’s modern art museum, was published in 2017. As the president of the New England Translators Association, I can recommend other translators and interpreters to you. As a longtime translator  with a deep personal interest in my profession, I am eager to consult with you on the translation process.

I’m happy to provide client references and samples of my work on request.

Accuracy is a given, on time is my guarantee.
