I’m a freelance editor with experience in fiction, nonfiction, comics, and poetry. I offer developmental editing, line editing, copyediting, and proofreading services. My clients include Penguin Random House, Hachette Book Group, Algonquin Books, Lucia | Marquand, Mountaineers Books, and DSS Games, and I previously worked in-house at alternative comics publisher Fantagraphics Books. I’ve spoken about editing at the American Copy Editors Society national conference, and I teach the Copyediting Fundamentals course of the University of Washington’s editing certificate program.
