I’m an LA-based nonfiction editor with a background in PR and communications strategy. I specialize in working with clients who are trying to articulate ideas that, if presented in an accessible and resonant way, have the potential to transform their industries. I often serve as a thought partner and co-writer, helping to shape various materials ranging from textbooks to newsletters to biographical copy, and have much experience distilling complex scientific and technical information for educational purposes. Additional specialties include brand messaging, talking points, op-eds and website copy.
I have a B.A. in Journalism and a B.A. in Sociology, both from NYU; an M.A. in Social Science from UCLA, and am also a graduate of the sketch comedy writing programs at the Second City Hollywood and at The Pack Theater in Los Angeles, where I currently write on a house sketch team.
