Michelle Beauchamp Academic Consulting
I have over 10 years of experience in academic writing, editing and research, as well as in teaching. I hold a PhD (University of Victoria, 2013) in politics and environmental philosophy. Additionally, I have a TEFL teaching certification, and am happy to work with clients for whom English is not their first language.
I am passionate about lifelong learning, and about building professional and respectful relationships with all my clients and students.
I currently live in Victoria, BC (Canada), in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. However, I have clients from many places around the globe: California, New York, Australia, China, and Singapore, to name a few. I have a great deal of experience working with clients and students for whom English is not their first language. My focus is on academic work in the humanities and social sciences, including editorial work on dissertations and papers for publication.
I am always open to enquiries about research, writing, editing, and teaching. I look forward to working with you to make your paper or project the very best it can be!
