Randy Ladenheim-Gil is a more than thirty-five-year veteran of the publishing industry. At several major publishing companies, including Penguin, Random House, William Morrow, Facts On File, and Kensington, she acquired, edited, and marketed hundreds of successful books across a multitude of categories. Most recently, Randy worked as Executive Editor for the Alpha Books imprint, then part of Penguin USA, overseeing the acquisition and development of series and single-title books. She is currently working as a freelance editor and writer, dealing with both fiction and nonfiction manuscripts of independent and traditionally published writers. Randy is a member of the Editorial Freelancers Association and lives in New York City.
