PsychEditing

I’m a copy editor and licensed psychologist with extensive experience in mental health, education, and assessment. As a psychologist, I worked in both counseling and school settings, where, in addition to my clinical work, I did a great deal of writing and editing. This eventually led me to pursue a career in editing, and in 2014 I established my company, PsychEditing, to provide editorial services to authors and publishers of psychological and educational materials, including professional and self-help books, textbooks, articles, assessment instruments, and manuals.

I enjoy working with independent authors as well as organizations of all sizes, and I have worked with publishing companies including New Harbinger Publications, Riverside Insights, and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. I find it extremely rewarding to combine my background knowledge and editing expertise to assist individuals and companies in developing publications of the highest quality—particularly those that improve people’s lives.
