Ruth E. “I can write about anything!”® Thaler-Carter is an award-winning writer, editor, proofreader, desktop publisher and speaker who is published internationally, nationally, regionally and locally in newspapers, magazines, newsletters, reports, books and websites for nonprofits, businesses and individuals. She chaired the 2005 EFA national conference, has presented EFA workshops and webinars, and spoke at national EFA conferences.
Her presentations about freelancing, basics of editing and proofreading, and websites, among other topics, are popular offerings with the EFA and many other organizations.
