An obsessive reader since childhood, Stephanie’s love for books began early in her life. Known as the girl who always had a book in her hand, Stephanie followed her passion to the University of North Texas, earning a  bachelor’s degree in English, with a concentration in creative writing and a minor in social sciences.

After graduating, Stephanie joined the Editorial Freelancers Association and launched Elderflower Editing to use the expertise she acquired to help other authors achieve their dreams.

Though she loves all genres, fantasy authors Terry Goodkind, Ann Bishop, and Jaqueline Carey swept her away with tales of magical lands and powerful heroes.
