Important Information About Our Recorded Webinars

After placing your order, your recorded webinar will be added to your personal course library on our education site. That site has different login information from the main EFA site. Please check your email for information on how to access the webinar.

Webinar recordings may not be downloaded, and access ends five years after the recording date. Please check the webinar air date at the bottom of this listing to know how long you will have access to the recording.

Are you intimidated by the Record Macro button in Word? Have you wished for a way to make some repetitive tasks faster? In this webinar, we will learn how to create simple macros to help you do your work more efficiently. Change two spaces to one. Insert an em dash with one motion. Format author names in a reference. Having the confidence to create a macro for a repetitive task can save you hours during fixed-fee edits.

This webinar focuses solely on recording your own easy macros; other courses in EFA are about adapting macros from elsewhere. Whether you use Word on a Windows PC or a Mac, this beginner’s webinar is for you.
