Last October, EFA volunteer leadership, staff, and members turned our attention to the strategic objective of streamlining and systematizing structure and governance. Together with the consultants, the Governance task force currently is reviewing existing Board operating protocol and bylaws in order to align the EFA with recognized good practice in nonprofit corporate governance.
