EFA Arizona-Southwest Chapter Meeting for June
Writing and Editing Screenplays
Presented by EFA member Dave Sewell
Dave is a professional with over 35 years of business writing experience and a diverse background in nonprofit, performing arts, human resources, and private sector medical technology. He is an active member of Old Pueblo Playwrights, a twenty-nine-year-old writer’s group open to those interested in writing dramatic works for stage, film, radio, and television. Screenplays and scripts have unique characteristics that set them apart from general fiction and nonfiction. EFA members can learn about such creative writing endeavors through Dave’s expertise and, perhaps, expand their services to reach a new set of clients.
At El Charro, members order and pay for their own meals and beverages (the server will provide separate checks). However, we will order several appetizers for the whole table to share; EFA will cover the cost of the shared appetizers. As a rule, we usually have quite a feast.
El Charro is always a great place to meet and eat! Members are welcome to bring a guest.
RSVPs are a MUST. For now, we have a reservation for 8 people. Sharon will need to let El Charro know if that number changes up or down so they can put us in a room appropriate for our number. RSVP, PLEASE, by June 19!!!
(Metered street parking is free after 5 pm; the public lot across the street charges 24/7.)
Reservation time: 5:30 pm (in the name of Sharon Miller)
