EFA Upper Hudson Chapter meeting: Home Office Hacks to Get Organized and Boost Productivity
“It’s a proven fact that productivity is increased and stress reduced in an organized, clutter-free environment.” Professional organizer Julie Ulmer, can help us “get a grip on paper piles . . . stem the flow and discover what” should be kept “and what can go.”
Julie Ulmer is a Columbia and Rensselaer County, New York, native who has built an extensive business as a professional organizer, speaker, and consultant since 2005. Julie has a special knack for helping people manage their possessions, homes, and offices. She will be speaking to us about office organization, paper management, and time management. There will be a question-and-answer time as well.
“Organizing isn’t a one and done activity,” says Ulmer. “We constantly have to work at keeping clutter, which includes digital clutter and excess paper, at bay, so maintenance is key.”
Julie provides decluttering, organizing, downsizing, and moving/unpacking services to those individuals, businesses, and organizations throughout the Capital District as well as Columbia, Rensselaer, and northern Dutchess counties of New York and the Berkshires of western Massachusetts. She is a member of the Productivity and Organizing Professionals, the Institute for Challenging Disorganization, and the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce. She specializes in chronic disorganization and hoarding disorder. Julie’s website is http://www.mindingyourmanor.com/
Light refreshments will be served, and there will be a time for socializing and networking.
